Why Pink?

Pink represents unconditional love. It is also the colour of friendship and conviviality. Pink is a nurturing, playful, and nostalgic color that takes people back to their childhoods.

Pink is also a color of opposites since it can make us think of both innocence and burning passion. Bright and hot pinks are associated with love and romance.

Do you require exact cash amount?

Yes. Please insert exact change only. Our machines are not able to dispense money. However, we do accept card via tap or insertion.

What do I do when having issues with the machine?

If you are in the flagship location, let one of our friendly staff know and they will service the machine and compensate you with a coupon if you are not completely satisfied. This rule is applied on a discretionary basis and decided by our onsite Manager.

In case you are having issues at one of our shop-in-shop locations, let the manager know and we’ll coordinate the rest!

Who do I contact for lost and found items?

In the event that you lost your item, please call or text +1-657-549-3823. We are dedicated to make sure your experience with us is memorable - in a good way. Losing your items is not good so please keep an eye out while taking pictures.

Although we are not responsible for the loss of items, we will use all our resources to find you your missing stuff. Please call or text +1-657-549-3823 direct.

I’m concerned about my privacy. Do you save my prints? What happens to the images on the QR code printed on my photos?

We understand your concern. Your privacy is very important to us. We do not save any of your images more then required to give you the opportunity to download your digital interactive copies. Please note: QR code images will be removed automatically after 3 days from the date of shooting.

    Scan the QR code placed on your PRINTS..

    Save the digital copies of your prints.
